The well tube centrifugal unit is a centrifugal molding equipment used to manufacture various specifications of circular reinforced concrete well tubes and other centrifugal cement products. It adopts a continuously variable speed motor transmission, runs smoothly, has a wide range of speed changes, and produces high-quality products. The unit is divided into two specifications: frame type and steel plate welded box type structure.

Product features of wellbore centrifuge:
The supporting wheel has undergone quenching treatment, which enhances its hardness and wear resistance. The base is a box type structure, sturdy and durable, with both upper and lower surfaces machined to ensure installation accuracy. The bearing seat and base are limited by slots and bolts to improve stability during operation. The slot design also ensures the interchangeability of the bearing seat during future replacement. The whole machine has a low center of gravity, high transmission efficiency, large load-bearing capacity, easy axial adjustment and control, and convenient assembly and disassembly.
The centrifuge speed control cabinet is a perfect combination of internationally advanced variable frequency vector control technology and economically reliable Y-series three-phase AC motors. It has the characteristics of advanced technology, complete protection, easy operation, and energy saving and low consumption.
